Congrats,

I knew you could learn to talk in any language.

Hope you enjoy the boat ride. I've never been out in the ocean any more than about 3 hours, I can't imagine being on a boat for 20 hours. Hope they have someplace for you to get out of the sun!

Still working on being able to call you (trying to get international calling on my cell phone). Now that you are going to a more remote area, don't know whether our cell phones will work.

Hope you have a swell time in your new home.

Love,

Mom

Hey,
You know Trav is a better correspondent than me only because he does nothing at his job all day other than surfing the net, pretending to wait for "updates" to process.
When you get to Taveiuni, you may feel tempted to get freaked out about the commitment to be there for the two years. Just remember everything you go through there is making you a better and more rich person, stretching you much further than bitching about the 8 people today that only ordered salad and breadsticks. I know going through law school scared the shit out of me sometimes, forcing me to do things I had no idea how to do. But if I can "fake it til I make it" then so can you. Luckily you're much better at making friends than I am. And it sounds like you're actually having a good time so far, even if some of it may be uncomfortable.
Again, address and wish list, please.
I've lost 5 pounds, a pants size, and 1.5 inches almost everywhere, doing aerobics twice a week with Julie. Adam has started occupational therapy to work on hand dexterity for writing and other small scale tasks. I've started my job search. Adam says he wants to tell you,
"Grandma Cindy is coming over here. And there's a park at Mommy's exercise place, and I go to the pool there every week to play. Last week I rode a big boy roller coaster at the state fair, and ate an elephant ear. I'm gonna miss Uncle Matt while he lives in Fiji."

Love and smooches from Ohio,
Kim

I'm a better correspondent than Kim because she needs to spend all day looking for a job so I can get my motorcycle. Get back to work, Kim!
